Q	May I bring my dog?	No - we very much regret that we are unable to take pets.
Q	What are the running costs?	Weekly rent: See below Council Tax: Band A payable to East Lindsey District Council Electricity: Payable quarterly to electric company. Water: Payable monthly to Anglia Water plc.
Q	Are there any other charges?	None what so ever.
Q	When is the rent payable?	Weekly on Fridays
Q	Are the bungalows fully double glazed?	Yes
Q	Is the power supply gas or electric?	Electric
Q	Do I need to supply carpets and curtain tracks?	No these are standard fittings supplied for you
Q	Am I involved in any costs when I move to my Lifestyle Home?	A bond is required (equal to 4 weeks rent) and 4 weeks rent is payable in advance.. A connection charge of £200.00 is made to connect your cooker and washing machine.
Q	What are the weekly rental charges?	2009 Residential letting rents range from £88.00 to £110.00 per week.
