The residential bungalows are set in 18 acres of beautiful parkland. The environment is idyllic for an active retirement residential location. While we are not a retirement home, residents will enjoy security, comfort and quality of life coupled with the company of many of a similar age group. Social facilities are close at hand as are all the seasonal and all year round amenities of Winthorpe. There is a regular bus service to Skegness at the entrance to the Park.
